Deployment Management Division

The mission of the Division is to establish, develop and implement a comprehensive model of standing corps preparedness and management as well as daily coordination of all tasks related to standing corps deployment, including logistics of personal and profile-related equipment, and to set up and coordinate the work of the antenna offices.

The main tasks of the Division are:

  • Prepare and manage the deployment of the standing corps teams based on the operational requirements as defined in the operational plans;
  • Provide human resources management and staff coordination of the standing corps, including the establishment of reporting lines;
  • Support the annual planning and indicative multiannual planning of profiles of the standing corps;
  • Ensure operational preparedness of the standing corps;
  • Implement the financial support to the Member States for the development of the standing corps as laid down in Article 61 of the Regulation;
  • Establish and maintain antenna offices to support the implementation of operational activities.
The Deployment Management Division consists of the following units: Standing Corps Preparedness and Deployment, and Logistics.
