This is a joint selection procedure run by eu-LISA on behalf of participating EU Agencies working on migration and home affairs, including Frontex, Europol, EUAA, CEPOL, EUDA and eu-LISA, with the intention to establish a reserve list of successful candidates to cover future staffing needs across the mentioned agencies. The reserve list is expected to be used during 2026–2027. The Legal Officer will support the Agency, including drafting and reviewing internal decisions, agreements, legal notes, and court-related documents, while advising internal entities on legal, contractual, procurement, and staff matters. It also involves handling access to documents requests, ensuring proper legal archiving, monitoring relevant EU case law and legal developments, liaising with external stakeholders, and supporting data protection compliance where needed.
If selected by Frontex, the successful candidate(s) will be employed in Warsaw, Poland. Salaries and benefits are subject to the EU correction coefficient applied to Poland, which currently stands at 82.3% and reflects the local cost of living. For further information, please consult the document section of the page found here. Applications are submitted exclusively through the eu-LISA recruitment platform. Frontex will be recruiting from this reserve list but does not collect applications directly for this recruitment procedure.
