I work in the International and European Cooperation Division of Frontex on collaboration with countries in the Eastern Partnership region, Central Asia, as well as with the agency’s strategic partners like the US and Canada. Ours is the newest division at Frontex and a very professionally exciting place to be. The agency increasingly plays a stronger and more proactive role outside the EU in close coordination and collaboration with our EU partners.
My current position allows me to draw on the full range of my expertise and skills, academic training and previous work experience – it is a very dynamic environment and no two days are alike. Frontex offers an excellent working environment, and opportunities to use one’s talents and experience.
