Frontex, the European Border and Coast Guard Agency, is always on the lookout for the latest products, services, technologies and developments in the field of border security that will allow border guards to be more effective and efficient.

As part of these efforts, Frontex is organising an industry day to discuss customised mobile offices that can be used to provide on-the-go migration management support in the field.

During the industry day, providers of such customised vehicles can present their products/services to an audience consisting of representatives of Frontex.

A customised mobile office vehicle is here understood as a vehicle with the following mandatory characteristics: maximum 3.5 tonnes, certified to be driven on the public roads with B driving licence, to accommodate 3-5 working places and a maximum of 3 persons in the driving compartment and to have manual awning roof fixed on the side(s) of the vehicle, for additional working spaces.

During the industry day representatives of leading vendors/operators of this customised mobile offices vehicle will have the opportunity to exchange information with the audience for the purpose of:
•    exploring and better understanding the time frame for preparing such tailored mobile offices;
•    identifying potential issues/questions/concerns about the future procurement and usage of the vehicles.

In your registration, please include:
•    your company’s experience in providing customised mobile offices;
•    its portfolio of all customised mobile offices that fulfil the above mentioned requirements.

As the attendance capacity is limited, invitations to attend will be determined on the basis of first come, first serve and the relevance of the information provided in your registration message. In order to avoid disappointment you should express your interest as soon as possible. The deadline for the registrations is 2 February 2018 at 18:00, Warsaw local time.

The industry day will take place at the Frontex Headquarters, Plac Europejski 6, Warsaw, Poland, on 8 February 2018, from 9:00 to 16:00, Warsaw local time.
