Coast Guard and Law Enforcement Unit establishes and maintains operational synergies with coast guard and law enforcement agencies at the national, EU and international level. It develops, coordinates and contributes to the evaluation of operational modules and activities of Frontex focusing on law enforcement and coast guard functions.
To achieve these objectives, the Unit is divided in two sectors: Law Enforcement Sector and Coast Guard Sector.
