Financial, Digital and Security Division

The mission of the Division is to provide horizontal business support in the area of financial and budget, digital as well as security and corporate facility management and frontline services support while ensuring full compliance with relevant rules.

The main tasks of the Division are:
  • Support and monitor horizontal financial management and budget preparation and implementation, including on the accountability of the Executive Director as Authorising Officer, through the entire budgetary cycle until discharge, grant management and corporate travel desk;
  • Design, develop and maintain ICT systems, infrastructure and products while ensuring a high level of security of the agency’s systems;
  • Provide EU classified information and non-classified sensitive information management, personnel, physical, and communication as well as information systems’ security;
  • Provide facilities management, maintenance of the premises and infrastructure capacity, provision of office supplies, maintenance and adaptation of office space, assets, inventories, reception desks, service cars management and translation services management.
